Big Pines Mountain House Motel South Lake Tahoe

The hotel met requirements, it was a very comfortable stay of the night.

It was truly a really nice stay, the hotel met all required needs. What a helpful staff! The continental breakfast had a good selection. Also, I appreciated how incredible the location was.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and warm room. The continental breakfast had lots of choices.

We appreciated our updated rooms, plus the staff was affable. The rooms were with fireplace. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of The Gondola at Heavenly.

there were excellent staff and location for a really really nice stay. we had a large bedroom. lots of meals for breakfast, including fruit, butter, jam and cereal.

Totally very very good experience. Check in was early, I liked ISOLATED location and absolutely great rooms. Amazing food for delicious breakfast. The staff was kind in managing every request.

We appreciated the hotel, ideal for what we needed. The location was stunning, for example, Van Sickle bi-State Park was within walking distance of the property.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds. It was located in a fairly nice area near to Main Street, the casinos and heavenly village, beach. Highly recommended for summer holidays.

Kind staff and comfortable beds, IDEAL setting. The room was modest, well laid out and had a fantastic view. There also was good parking and nice pool. Hot drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel was secured and immaculately clean in a shopping area. There was plenty of food that was amazing! Large bedrooms and a big size bathroom. Close to a beautiful beach.

I liked the CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff and the fresh food. The hotel took care of the thoughtful service too. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

Our stay here was just perfect, good home base for exploring South Lake Tahoe. Bedroom was large and staff was lovely. Loved the unbeatable location. The restaurant was excellent and its freshly cooked dishes are to die for. The service offered here was great.

The property was pretty clean and staff was professional. They made my stay awesome. Within a walking distance of the beautiful beach. Also, heavenly ski resort was 1 mile away from the venue. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.

It deserves its 2 stars. In the evening we visited mcp's taphouse grill, set a short walk to the hotel.

Overall, it's great base for exploring South Lake Tahoe attractions. There is restaurant Echo at the premises.
